Delivery & Returns policy

Delivery  Options

 Standard Delivery £1.50 ( free over £15 )

Deliveries are shipped next working it can take up to 3 working days to arrive we use 2nd Class Royal Mail service. Orders under £50 are not tracked on the free delivery service. 

1st Class Signed For £1.95

This Service you will be provided with a tracking number and can view your parcel on the royal mail service. We will provide tracking on dispatch.You need to be home to sign for this service.

Next Day Delivery ( Sun- Thursday)£6.95 

Next day delivery is also offered as a paid for service orders placed before 2.30 will be dispatched on the day of order after 2.30 Sun -Thursday) or 12.00 Sat will be processed the following day.We will provide tracking on dispatch.You need to be home to sign for this service.

Next Day Delivery ( Saturday)£8.95 

Next day Saturday delivery is also offered as a paid for service this is for orders placed on Friday for Delivery Saturday morning. orders placed before 2.30 will be dispatched on the day of order. We will provide tracking on dispatch.

Issues with deliveries

Any delivery issues such as order not being received must be reported within 14 days from order date or the order will be deemed to be delivered successfully. 

Any problems with the order such as damage during delivery or product faults must be reported within  7day of delivery or the order will be deemed to have been successfully delivered and accepted.

Returns Policy

We offer a no-quibble 14 days return policy for all items returned in their original packaging for non-sales items.  The buyer will need pay for return postage.
Sales items may be returned however, we offer a credit note policy only for sales items.

Please let us know that you are planning on returning an item. We recommend that returns are sent signed for or tracked we hold not responsible for items during the postal process.
Please note: We do not offer a free returns policy the buyer will need to cover the cost of the return regardless of whether postage was paid on the initial order.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:-
1. The item must be in a re-saleable condition.
2. Documentation and tags need to be in place.
3. We cannot accept the return of Earrings once the hygiene seal is broken.
4. items returned outside of our refund policy will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds are processed within 2 working day of the order being returned however, your payment method may take longer to refund your funds. 

Christmas 2017

 Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class your postage.This service is not trackable and we cannot expedite order with Royal Mail is it takes longer than the usual 2 days. We can only work within Royal Mail T&Cs. https://www.royalmail.com/personal/uk-delivery/2nd-class-mail/. 

We would not recommend using the free service if you need delivery for Chrismas Day after the 18th due to delays at this time of year.

Next Day Delivery whilst we are able to send next day deliveries upto the 21st midday. You will be able to track your delivery with Royal Mail.
