Delivery  Options

 Standard Delivery £1.50 ( free over £20 )

Deliveries are shipped same day working we use 2nd Class Royal Mail service it can take up to 3 working days to arrive. Orders under £50 are not tracked on the free delivery service. 

1st Class Signed For £1.95

This Service is Royal Mail 1st Class signed for.You need to be home to sign for this service.

Next Day Delivery ( Sun- Thursday) £6.95 

Next day delivery is also offered as a paid for service orders placed before 2.30 will be dispatched on the day of order after 2.30 Sun -Thursday) or 12.00 Sat will be processed the following day.We will provide tracking on dispatch.You need to be home to sign for this service.

Next Day Delivery ( Saturday) £8.95 

Next day Saturday delivery is also offered as a paid for service this is for orders placed on Friday for Delivery Saturday morning. orders placed before 2.30 will be dispatched on the day of order. We will provide tracking on dispatch.

International  Deliveries £6.95


Returns Policy

We offer a no-quibble 14 days return policy for all items returned in their original packaging for non-sales items.  The buyer will need pay for return postage.
Sales items may be returned however, we offer a credit note policy only for sales items.

Please let us know that you are planning on returning an item. We recommend that returns are sent signed for or tracked we hold not responsible for items during the postal process.
Please note: We do not offer a free returns policy the buyer will need to cover the cost of the return regardless of whether postage was paid on the initial order.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:-
1. The item must be in a re-saleable condition.
2. Documentation and tags need to be in place.
3. We cannot accept the return of Earrings once the hygiene seal is broken.
4. items returned outside of our refund policy will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds are processed within 2 working day of the order being returned however, your payment method may take longer to refund your funds. 

Missing Deliveries & Damaged Orders

If your order is damaged or faulty in any way we ask that you report this within 48 hours so we can resolve this. Any delivery will be deemed successful if no problem reported within 7 days of delivery.

Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd class we have no means to track this or provide updates. During the Christmas period, it may take longer than usual for Royal Mail to deliver.All other orders can be tracked via royal mail
